Branch Pickup: Customers may collect their orders directly from Bassetts East Belfast or Bassetts Mallusk. This option ensures immediate availability of products.
Delivery from Warehouse: Products can also be delivered from Bassetts Warehouse via our lorry service. This ensures efficient and secure transport of your items directly to your specified address.
Full Payment Before Delivery or Pickup: All orders must be fully paid prior to delivery or pickup.
Modification of Order Fulfilment Method: Customers can change their shipping method from delivery to collection at any time before finalising the order. To switch to collection, simply select the ‘Collection’ option in the cart and choose either Bassetts East Belfast or Bassetts Mallusk as your preferred pickup location.
Shipping Address Accuracy: It is crucial that the shipping address provided is accurate to prevent delays.
Branch Pickup Preparations: Customers opting for branch pickup should consider the size and handling requirements of their products. Make sure that your vehicle is adequately prepared to transport the items safely from the branch to your home.
This sales policy is intended to provide increased flexibility and convenience for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient purchasing experience from order to collection or delivery.
Special Requirements/Access Restrictions: Please inform our transport team of any conditions that might affect the delivery process, such as low bridges, parking restrictions, narrow roads, or driveways.
Delivery Limitations: Due to insurance and safety legislation, our drivers cannot enter your property. Goods will be delivered to the nearest hard standing point or inside your garage.
Preparation for Delivery: Ensure that all access routes are clear and that there is sufficient space to accommodate your order. If you have specific requirements or need assistance, we recommend arranging this in advance to facilitate delivery.
Inspect Upon Delivery: It's crucial to check your delivery within 48 hours to ensure all items are correct, complete, and free from defects. We cannot accept liability for products once they are installed, so verifying everything before installation is essential.
Reporting Discrepancies: If there are any discrepancies, please contact your sales consultant or branch immediately.
Conditions for Returns: Our policy is to accept returns under the following conditions:
- Within three weeks of collection or delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a reason for the return.
- A restocking charge will be applied at the appropriate rate
Statutory Rights: Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
